CHACHA CHURROS

CHACHA CHURROS is the product of generations of family recipes, multiple restaurant ventures and decades of food experience culminated into a unique portal, offering our family favorites to the public using the most personal approach - Face to Face.

The Caraballo family opened their first restaurant in 1996, a small hot table in Mississauga - Blanca's Restaurant. After establishing roots in the community began to participate and organize some of the GTA's biggest festivals and events - from Carassauga to Ontario Place.

Evolving into a catering company - Blanca's Catering then branched off into a full fine dining establishment launched in Downtown Burlington by Adrian Caraballo, La Vida Restaurant seated over 200 people and ran a staff of over 15 nightly.

After all the years and experience in the food industry, they have decided to return to thier roots, specializing in festivals, events & celebrations. Providing the benefits and satisfaction of restaurant life with the balance of family.

We are very proud to introduce a custom designed mobile facilty - CHACHA CHURROS.
